Professional background and education:

Martin HorackMartin Horack studied agriculture science at the University of Hohenheim/Stuttgart. After studies he participated in the foundation of two companies and he worked for several years as their manager and chief executive officer.

In this time of leadership his passion arose for the management of social systems, for individual personal qualification and for leadership and organizational development.

Since 1987 he works as consultant, trainer and coach and supports especially team- and leadership development programs and coaching projects.

Besides concepts of gestalt training, systemic organizational training and group dynamics he is trained in NLP and systemic constellation work. He also is a nonmedical practitioner, body therapist and meditation teacher.

Main Work Areas:

  • Working with parts of organizations to support the development of teams and departments, optimization of organizational interfaces and processes, efficiency improvement programs and process consulting in change management.
  • Leadership and team coaching in the field of high performance, composure, change of patterns und personal effectiveness.
  • Individual personal qualification on the topics if leadership, conflict management, emotional intelligence, work-life-balance and stress management.
